FROM PRODUCT DESIGN TO SURFACES & SPACES
Take a closer look at some of our latest projects.
TOSTADO
At Tostado’s Galería San Patricio restaurant, we transformed discarded coffee grounds, bread waste, and wood offcuts into functional surfaces, including tabletops and a striking 29-foot countertop.
HILTON GARDEN INN 0.1
This installation was developed using our bread waste material, molded and milled with the topography of Puerto Rico to form a lunar-like surface.
HILTON GARDEN INN 0.2
Tiles made from coffee waste were developed and arranged into a custom circular frame for the Hilton Garden Inn, combining sustainability with refined design.
CAFÉ CALETA
Taking into consideration the historic context of Old San Juan and the existing materials in Café Caleta, these tile designs were fabricated to create a complementary tile pattern to accentuate specific areas in the restaurant.
MUCHO GUSTO
For Mucho Gusto’s ice cream shop in Río Piedras, we had the pleasure of producing custom countertops, a bench, and bespoke pendant lights.
MUNS
In collaboration with MUNS, we developed a custom jewelry keepsake. A limited edition and custom item, it is meticulously designed with unique materials and finishing details.
YAYI
Custom, waste-based buttons were designed for slow-fashion brand YAYI’s clothing collections.
ZOILS & PIGMENTS
Zoils & Pigments, a company specializing in native soil-based pigments for watercolors, approached us with the idea of developing a watercolor palette using our pine waste-based material.
OBJETOS MECANIZADOS
This limited edition chess set was designed in collaboration with Objetos Mecanizados.
PRIVATE CLIENT
These custom trinket plates were produced for an intimate wedding. The bride’s father, an architect, requested these specially designed custom trinket plates made from our pine waste material.
