HILTON GARDEN INN 0.2
Tiles made from coffee waste were developed for the Hilton Garden Inn, combining sustainability with refined design. These tiles showcase intricate patterns and a warm, natural look that complements the hotel's tropical contemporary style.
From Design to Build
The process began with CAD modeling to design the custom frame, tile patterns, placement, and cuts. Technical drawings were then created to capture all specifications, and our coffee waste-based material was cast in molds for consistent, precise tiles.
Technical drawings played a fundamental role in developing the project, providing precise and detailed visual representations of the piece. These drawings allow us communicate the design intent, measurements, and specifications clearly, ensuring accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
CNC milling shaped the piece and precisely cut the frame. Once cast and cut, the tiles were assembled onto a substructure, resulting in a cohesive installation.
The final result showcases the care behind our process, merging sustainability with precision manufacturing. This bespoke installation exemplifies how waste-based materials can create both functional and visually striking commercial designs.
